In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betgame," "we," "us," or "our" refers to betgame.club and its operators, owners, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the betgame platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the betgame website at betgame.club, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by you on the betgame platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in your betgame account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to your account by betgame.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity and age verification process required by betgame and applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to betgame is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

By accessing the betgame platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by betgame, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with betgame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the betgame platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the betgame platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing betgame from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betgame, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority.
• You must not have had a previous betgame account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

betgame reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by betgame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

To access betgame's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and mobile number.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betgame login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. betgame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Each player is permitted to hold one (1) betgame account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must notify betgame immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• betgame reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.
• Account registration is free of charge. betgame will never charge a fee for creating an account.
• You must keep your registered contact details up to date at all times. betgame is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

betgame may, at its discretion, implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication (2FA). Players are encouraged to enable all available security features to protect their accounts.

betgame is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

As part of the KYC process, betgame may request the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or PRC ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in the Philippines, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other payment method linked to your betgame account.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, betgame may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited into your account.

betgame reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and, in certain cases, account access pending completion of KYC verification. Players who fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by betgame may have their accounts restricted or closed.

betgame accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. betgame does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the associated betgame account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your betgame account instantly, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the relevant bank.
• betgame does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• betgame reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or regulatory compliance purposes.
• All deposits are final once credited to your betgame account. betgame does not reverse deposits except in cases of verified technical error or fraud.

betgame uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all financial transactions. Your payment details are never stored on betgame's servers in unencrypted form.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your betgame account must be fully KYC-verified.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds).
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• betgame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000.

betgame aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. betgame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

betgame offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. betgame reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• betgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonuses – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploitation of technical errors – will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

betgame does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus or promotion. The terms of any bonus, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates, are set out in the specific promotion terms and are subject to change.

All games available on the betgame platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. betgame accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

betgame uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers and are subject to independent auditing. betgame does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• All bets placed on betgame are final once confirmed. betgame does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in cases of verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, betgame reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players.
• betgame reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing or odds error.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets on betgame is strictly prohibited.

betgame's decisions regarding game outcomes, bet settlements, and technical disputes are final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betgame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one betgame account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the betgame platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from stolen payment accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the betgame platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any betgame software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betgame staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing betgame from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

betgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered betgame players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your betgame account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. betgame will notify you when your session limit is approaching.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.

All content on the betgame platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of betgame or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betgame platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any betgame content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on betgame content.
• Use betgame's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the betgame platform.

Any unauthorised use of betgame's intellectual property may result in legal action. betgame actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betgame's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betgame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betgame shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, even if betgame has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond betgame's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betgame's liability for death or personal injury caused by betgame's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

betgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to hold a betgame account under Section 3.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by you or on your behalf.

You may close your betgame account at any time by contacting betgame customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betgame reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. betgame's decision in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process below.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and betgame, we encourage you to contact betgame customer support in the first instance. betgame will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. The formal dispute resolution process is as follows:

1. Step 1 – Customer Support: Submit your complaint to betgame customer support. betgame will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
2. Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may escalate your complaint to betgame's compliance team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint."
3. Step 3 – Regulatory Referral: If your complaint remains unresolved after Step 2, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority.

betgame's decisions on game outcomes and technical matters are final and binding and are not subject to the dispute resolution process above, except where a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

betgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betgame will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the betgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
