betgame ("betgame," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every player who uses the betgame platform at betgame.club. • Service Provision: Processing deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels; providing access to betgame's casino, bingo, slot, and sports betting games.

• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after the end of the business relationship, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLC regulations.
• Gaming History: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years after account closure for dispute resolution and regulatory audit purposes.
• Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years after the resolution of the relevant support interaction.
• Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your betgame account and for one (1) year after account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

betgame's services are strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. betgame does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If betgame discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, betgame will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data in question, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required by betgame's licensing conditions.

betgame primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. However, some of betgame's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, KYC verification services, and game content providers — may process personal data outside the Philippines.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, betgame ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, including:

• Entering into data processing agreements with third-party processors that require them to implement data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
• Transferring data only to countries or organisations that the National Privacy Commission has determined provide an adequate level of data protection.
• Implementing standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC where no adequacy determination exists.

betgame does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection safeguards without your explicit consent, except where required by Philippine law.

The betgame platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment provider portals and game provider platforms. This Privacy Policy applies only to the betgame platform and does not cover the privacy practices of any third-party websites or services.

betgame is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party website. When you click on a link to a third-party website, you leave the betgame platform and your interaction with that website is governed by that website's own privacy policy. betgame encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

betgame reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in betgame's data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidelines. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where changes to this Privacy Policy are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or how betgame processes your personal data — betgame will notify registered players via email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, betgame will update the policy and revise the "Last Updated" date without prior notice.
